SPRAY POLYURETHANE FOAM ROOF
Sprayed polyurethane foam is applied as a liquid which allows the foam to flow into and seal any cracks and crevices. The foam then expands to approximately 30 times its original volume to form a hard, closed cell monolithic roof surface. The expansion results in a weather tight roofing membrane that is fully adhered to the substrate. The application of polyurethane foam is light weight and adds incredible rigidity and strength to your building.
PROTECTIVE COATINGS FOR SPRAY FOAM ROOFING SYSTEMS
Sprayed coating is applied to protect the foam from the sun’s ultraviolet radiation, moisture and foot traffic. This protective coating is applied to the foam to provide a durable weather resistant surface that can be walked on for normal maintenance. The light coloured and reflective roof coatings reflect the sun’s heat and UV rays.
SPF Roofing Systems can be applied not only on flat roofs but on roofs that may have unusual shapes such as domes or geometric shapes. On roofs that have poor drainage polyurethane foam can built up in necessary areas to improve roof drainage.
